Handmade / personalized items may have small variations.

Personalization Policy

Customized or personalized items:

Are made according to customer request

Cannot be returned or exchanged

Cannot be canceled once production has started

Please double-check spelling before confirming your order.

All prices are shown in MMK (Kyats).

Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery Policy

Delivery available nationwide within Myanmar

Processing time: 1–3 working days

Personalized items: 3–5 working days

Delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on location)

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Exchange & Return Policy

Normal Items:

Exchange allowed within 3 days of receiving

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging

Not Eligible for Return:

Personalized items

Used or washed items

Clearance / promotional items

No cash refunds unless product is defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipping.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
